By enrollment in our programs, permission is granted to use any photograph in connection with publicity for LuHi Summer Programs. Permission is also granted to take participants off campus for field trips or rainy day activities without additional parental permission for each occurrence. Enrollment in LuHi Summer Programs establishes permission for child to engage in all program activities except as noted by the examining physician on child's signed Health Certificate, which must be on file in our Health Office prior to the start of any program. In the event of an emergency, permission is granted for first aid and/or proper treatment to be administered to child as determined by the registered nurse on staff. There is NO REFUND after April 15'*' for cancellation before the program begins or withdrawal during a session once the session has begun FOR ANY REASON (including illness, injury, personal, act of God, etc.).
