“My son participated in the ACCEL program before the 2010 - 2011 season and the results were quite dramatic. His stride and speed were very much improved and he thoroughly enjoyed the program. I would give the ACCEL program our highest recommendation and am considering enrolling our younger boys in the future.” ~ Quinn Horvath, MAHA Vice-President “The treadmill helped me so much, I’m much more confident with my stick handling this year. I’d do ACCEL again for sure!” ~ Lizzie Archbold, MHS Girls Varsity “Our goal is to provide area athletes the best training experience possible” ~ Jeffrey Kennedy, ACMC Exercise Physiologist, ACCEL Program Director
