OPERATION 36 CADDY EDUCATION MATCHES The Op 36 Matches are the main playing component for junior academies that utilize iGrow Golf's Operation 36 Junior Development Platform. These matches are designed to teach the juniors to play the game from a hole-out perspective, while provide a motivating and educational experience for our juniors and parents!

OP 36 MATCH GOALS - Provide a comfortable competitive environment for juniors to explore techniques, learn, and not fear making mistakes. - Develop juniors into "Pace of Play" & "Rules & Etiquette" ready golfers. - Develop juniors into individual golfers who can make decisions on their own. - Provide a challenge point environment where juniors can track and see improvement. - Prepare juniors for regional , state, and national competition. - Educate parents on how to be a positive spectator and caddy for events and encourage their juniors development.

HOW DO THE MATCHES WORK?
OP 36 CURRICULUM If your junior is enrolled in an Operation 36 Academy Class, the scores in each division will also fulfill the "Performance Badge" in the Operation 36 Curriculum. Once your junior shoots 36 or better from each division, we will issue the levels Performance Badge.
1. Each junior begins in Division 1 and plays that yardage the entire round. 2. The matches are 9 holes and the juniors target score for each division is 36. 3. When the junior beats the target score they will progress to the next division.
We also keep track of your juniors record scores from each division by placing the number in each spot on the front of their bag tag.
