AUCTION When: Thursday, May 25, 2017 Where: White Auditorium Time: 6:00 pm – Social Hour and Silent Auction 7:30 pm – Live Auction Cost: $35/Person or $400/VIP Table for 8 • A variety of auction items will be available including unique, one-of-a-kind experiences, opportunities to spend time with your favorite student-athletes, golf outings, dining experiences, and much more! • The ticket price is $35 and includes heavy hors d’oeuvres, drink tickets, a bid number, and an evening full of fun and entertainment! • A limited number of VIP tables will be available upon request. VIP tables are $400 with seating for eight, personalized drink menus and designated student-athletes at your service! Friday, May 26, 2017 Emporia Golf Course 9:00 am Shotgun Start $125/Person or $500/Team
• Cost to play includes a round of golf with cart, Adidas golf polo, sleeve of ESU golf balls, posttournament lunch at Bruff ’s, and beverages during the tournament courtesy of Crown Distributors. • Registration begins at 7:30am and free range balls will be provided at the course. • The tournament is a four-person scramble (non-handicapped) and will be divided into flights post-tournament.
Prizes, Cash, and Course Games • Each golfer will have the opportunity to double or triple their money on all Par 3’s as well as win cash or other prizes on many other holes! • There will also be the chance to win a customized golf cart courtesy of Cooper’s Carts or a 2017 Chevrolet Malibu from Longbine Auto! Prizes awarded to winning teams in each flight! Hole Sponsorship Cost: $225
• Each hole sponsor receives one player entry into the tournament and signage at a designated hole assignment.
