About Us
Our Facility
AGC MACHINE CORP. is a rapid response, lean, lowoverhead, custom build and manufacturing company, We have provide Long Island with a high quality manufacturing, and precision machining services since 2005.
Our 3,000 square foot manufacturing facility is located in Bay Shore, NY.
Our company is rooted with a strong focus on excellent customer service, a powerful belief in the quality of our products and skills of its founder based on a vast previous experience of more than 37 years in manufacturing industry, and encompassing technology. As a small shop, we can provide cost-effective, personalized service, and quick turnaround. We are equipped to handle both quick-turn, small production runs and large-scale volume manufacturing of plastic or metal tight tolerated components. We offer value-added services including materials procurement, testing, finishing mechanical assembly, and final integration.
It has employed the defense qualitystandard MIL-Q-9858, inspection system MIL-I-45208, and calibration system MIL-STD-45662.
