Madeira Baseball Bowling Fundraiser
Dear Madeira friends, family and potential sponsors, I am writing this letter to inform you about one of our biggest fundraisers for Madeira Baseball, the Madeira Baseball Bowling Outing. The goal of this outing is to create funds to improve field conditions and practice facilities and purchase training equipment to enhance our players’ over all abilities. The outing will take place Saturday, November 14th 12:30-5:00pm with multiple sessions of bowling. There are a few simple ways in which you can help contribute to our program: 1) You can become a member of our HOMERUN CLUB to help support our program. Please review the HOMERUN CLUB Member sheet. 2) You can sponsor a lane, and have your name or company’s name listed for $75. 3) You can donate to the Madeira Bowling Outing. Donations can include monetary donations for Madeira Baseball, gift cards, coupons, or items to be used as door prizes or raffle prizes. 4) You can bowl in the Madeira Bowling Outing. Our outing will take place Saturday, November 14th 2015. We will have two different time frames to choose from: 12:30 – 2:30 or 3:00 – 5:00. We are looking to fill lanes of 6 bowlers each. For $20 per person, bowlers will get 2 hours of bowling plus shoe rental. There will also be plenty of food. This fundraiser can equally benefit businesses. Businesses that donate will be gaining the support of the Madeira Baseball teams and our continued loyalty to the businesses in this area. All donations that are given to Madeira Baseball will be able to be filed under 501(c)(3). I appreciate your time and consideration. Madeira baseball homerun club membership form GRAND SLAM: $1000. Grand slam sponsors will receive the largest amount of recognition for sponsoring the bowling outing on a 4x8 banner. Grand Slam members will receive their name or company logo on signage that will be viewed by participants. Members will also receive 3 years of advertising on the fence at Sellman Park, and will be recognized on the flyers distributed to our bowlers. Home Run: $400. Home run sponsors will receive recognition as a co-‐sponsor for the bowling outing on the banner, and will receive their name or company logo on signage that will be viewed by participants. Home run sponsors will also receive signage on the outfield fence for one year and will be recognized on the flyers distributed to our bowlers. Triple: $250. Triple Co-‐sponsors of the event will receive recognition on the banner, and will share a spot on the outfield fence with another co-‐sponsor. Triples member will also be recognized on the flyer. Double: $150. Double members will receive a smaller logo on the banner at the outing and on our flyer. Single: $75. Single members will receive signage at a single lane as the lane sponsor. You will also receive recognition on the flyer. Anonymous Donations: Check here if you wish to help support our program, but would like to remain anonymous.
