1. Disconnect Power to chiller and turn off water and CO2 supply. 2. You will need to access the inside of chiller by removing the top, front and side panel screws (See Figure 1) to access the control board. Do not discard the screws removed; they will be needed to put the panels back on in Step 9. 3. Depressurize system and bleed water from lines. 4. Disconnect wires from their connections in the control box. Route wires through the grommet. 5. Remove foam boots from pump head then the circulation input & output tubing by unscrewing fittings (See Figure 4).

6. Remove bolt and nut securing pump motor to motor shelf (See Figure 2). 7. Slide pump out of motor brace and lift pump from motor deck. 8. Installation of MAG 215 Circulator Motor/Pump(s): A.Attach adapter plate to bottom of pump with provided screws, nuts and washers (See Figure 5). B.Slide motor/pump into the motor brace on pump deck and secure with provided carriage bolt and nut. C.Connect circulation input & output tubing by screwing fittings onto pump (See Figure 4). NOTE: Verify that the input & output tubing are on the correct pump fittings. D.Peel off adhesive from provided foam boots and enclose the pump head(s). E.Attach correct voltage harness to motor connector. Then route it through the grommet and connect harness leads to the appropriate connections in the control box (See Figure 3). NOTE: Verify using correct voltage motor harness, labeled 230V or 115V.

9. Install the front and side panels with the screws that were removed in Step 2. 10. Reconnect power to the chiller and turn on water and CO2 supply.
