Subcommittee Reports o Tryouts – Not started yet, needs to be addressed soon o Website – Decided to proceed with new software “League Athletics” Will run with both until registration and decide which to use at that point Rod O’Conner to champion but need to spread ownership across board Clean up old content Cost is comparable to Goaline MOTION made by J. Molitor to purchase League Athletics ~$600; MOTION seconded by K. West. UNANIMOUSLY approved. Discussed Expense/Investment ideas o Need a master, prioritized list o Check to see if sponsorship can be put on mounds or signs at fields Still looking for a Sponsorship Coordinator volunteer Would like to use Vadnais dome or Bielenberg for winter warmups – Matthew B. to champion Discussed field updates Discussed umpires MOTION made by T. Armitage to approve outsourcing of umpiring to “Pro Am Umpires” to handle scheduling, training, and payment of umpires; MOTION seconded by T.Felling. UNANIMOUSLY approved.

Next Meeting Meetings will be scheduled on the second Wednesday of each month throughout the baseball season but are subject to change. Future meetings are scheduled to take place at the Mahtomedi District Education Center but are also subject to change.
