This is for those who are new or relatively new to making maple confections. Scott will also discuss proper equipment and basic food safety practices. There will be plenty of time for discussion and questions. About the presenter: Scott and his family have been involved in the maple industry for about 10 years. Scott is very enthusiastic about the marketing potential of value added maple products and offers customers a wide variety of products including flavored syrups, sugar candies, hard candies, maple cream, and popcorn.
