Shall the Board of Trustees of Murtaugh Joint Schoo l District No. 418, Tw in Falls and Cass ia Counties, State of Idaho, be authorized and empowered to levy $ 175 ,000 per year for ten (10) years, as provided in Idaho Code 33-804 and 33-90 I , for the purpose of all owi ng the distri ct to add to, remodel or repair any ex isting building; to furni sh and equip any building of the District; to purchase schoo l buses, and general maintenance, for fi scal year beginning July I, 201 7 and continuing each year thereafter fo r ten (1 0) years." Thi s levy will replace the existing Schoo l Plant Facilities Reserve Fund Levy in the amount of $70,000 that was passed in 2009 fo r ten ( 10) years, but if thi s levy fail s the ex isting levy of2009 will remain va lid for $70,000 until 2019.
