Minutes for AYSO Area 1N Call to Order An Area monthly meeting of AYSO Area 1N was held on March 20, 2017 in Beaumont. It began at 6:48pm and was presided over by Erick Bennett, with Erick Bennett as note taker.
Attendees Area members in attendance include: Erick Bennett, Sandy Caplinger, Andrea Aguilar, Ernie Lemos, Manuel Merlos, Chris Call, Ana Diez, Jennifer Bennett, Brooke Blackmoore, Randy Minarik and Zeke Paletta. Guests in attendance included Rob Hurt, Larry Caplinger, Kelli Hackett, Debbie Scott, Aubrey Bennett, Bow-Net Representative and Forrest Pitts.
Approval of Minutes N/A
Reports Bow-Net representative spoke about his products and conducted a demonstration. Spring Select was discussed. Expo update NAGM reminder Extra Program was discussed Blue Sombrero was discussed. Budget and RAP due dates were discussed and more importantly to get them in prior to leaving on vacation. Fall registration, birth year registration and scheduling for older age groups. New area staff was introduced, coach trainer and ARDA Mountains spring select issue was addressed Beaumont-Coed, spring soccer, Cherry Cup update, Field update and inventory of equipment Anza-Received soccer balls and discussed equipment needed. Hemet discussed registration. Nuevo had nothing to add. Redlands discussed the Challenge program tryouts. AYSO Area 1N - Providing world class youth soccer programs that enrich children’s lives.

Announcements Next meeting will be May 15, 2017 in Nuevo.
Adjournment Erick Bennett moved that the meeting be adjourned, and this was agreed upon at 8:30pm.
