MARCH 2017 SCHEDULE
BARRE BOXING: This class utilizes the barre and mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that's both fun and challenging. Recommended for intermediate to advanced participants. (No shoes required)
HUB STEP & PUMP: This cardio & strength class utilizes the step for a fun, calorieblasting workout with power-moves and even some fun choreography to keep you moving with intervals of strength training to sculpt your muscles and increase your metabolism. Recommended for intermediate to advanced participants.
BARRE PILATES: This class integrates traditional Pilate’s exercises with strengthening ballet moves, while also using specific muscle shaping isometrics and specific stretches that will effectively reshape the entire body. This workout utilizes the mat, a small ball, light hand weights and a barre to target all major muscle groups in a low impact workout. Core strength and lean sculpted muscles are emphasized While challenging and effective, this class is appropriate for all fitness levels and abilities. (no shoes required)
POWER YOGA: An invigorating and ever-evolving class that will expand your knowledge of yoga postures and how your body moves. This all-levels class has inventive and thoughtful sequences of sun salutations, standing and seated postures, and inversions guided by a steady breath to tone and calm the mind. (no shoes required)
HUB 360: This strength-based express class will utilize our Bar Bell training system, Kettle Bells, Body Bars, Tubing, Hand Weights and/or body weight to strengthen muscles, increase metabolism and sculpt you like nothing else! Recommended for all fitness levels. HUB DANCE: This class is a fun calorie burner! It combines hip-hop style dancing with Latin dance moves for a high-energy party-like environment. Recommended for all fitness levels. HUB FIT: This is a HUB Fitness Signature class! It consists of fun, challenging drills, powerful conditioning and creative movement to get your heart pumping and your metabolism going! Your Fitness Coach may use HIIT style drills, football & basketball drills and even some calisthenics, core training and endurance training to get your strong and increase your endurance. Recommended for the intermediate to advanced participant.
RESTORATIVE YOGA: This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. We use props to support the postures, while gently stretching and strengthening the body. This class is appropriate and highly recommended for all fitness levels. (no shoes required) TRANSFORM FITNESS: This class not only includes Mat Pilates, upper & lower body and core strengthening, but also includes a Spiritual element to it that will build you up from the inside out! Leslie or Lindsey will lead you through a Scripture and life application from God's Word and we will explore this Scripture through out the class, helping to transform our spirit and soul as we strengthen our core and body. A relaxing, worshipful stretch and prayer will wind up this class and leave you feeling refreshed, revived and renewed! (No shoes required)
