Presentation by Grau & Associates, the Town’s auditors, of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for Fiscal Year 2016-2017. Consideration of a Special Exception request, Sign Variance request, Site Plan Review and Landscape Plan Review for McDonald’s Corporation, located at 1450 W. Lantana Road. Consideration of a request for a variance by the Town of Lantana for the property located at 510 W. Pine Street in the P- Public Ownership Zoning District relative to Section 23-81(j)(1) in order to allow a six (6) foot perimeter wall where the Town Code limits the height of walls to four (4) feet.
