March 4th & 5th, 2017 Yes, 20 years strong! Can you believe it; we are celebrating 20 years hosting the Pueblo Rangers Soccer Club Sunbelt Classic! This amazing event is parent volunteer powered and has evolved to be one of the busiest tourist weekends in Pueblo. We host up to 180 teams, from all over Colorado and surrounding states. That's over 10,000 players, coaches, family members and referees, staying an average of 2-3 nights for this exciting tournament. The Chamber estimates that approximately $1.2-$1.5 million dollars are spent in the city by Sunbelt participants, over the course of the tournament. This is one of the largest revenue weekends of the year! Most local hotels are completely booked and many Colorado Springs hotels also assist us with accommodations. We will host games at 4-5 sites throughout the entire city! We have many Sponsorship Opportunities to encourage our visitors to come through your business's doors. We offer advertising opportunities in our Sunbelt Guide, on our website and at the fields and office. We encourage our participants to take their business to those companies that support youth soccer! Please review the enclosed packet to find the best fit for you. The Sunbelt Classic is part of our continuing commitment to provide our community and other communities that participate in this tournament with a rewarding soccer experience. As a non-profit organization, all proceeds go directly back into the soccer club and are used to reduce player cost, provide scholarships, acquire new equipment and for field improvements.
