We offer a  Multiple Programs  Recreational – Lisa Abad, Commissioner  Rec Program is the beginning program for those that are new to  soccer or have not had the desire to migrate to the advance or  travel program. This includes the ADP program which focuses  on more technical training at the U6 – U8 levels

 Advanced – Michelle Fernander, Commissioner

Alternative for players who want to remain in recreational  soccer but play at a higher level of competition & to further  develop their soccer skills.  Each season has 4 home games and  4 away games. Teams are formed via  open tryouts and remain  intact until new tryouts are held (in MAY for the Fall season  start).   Travel – Vacant, Commissioner Offered on a case by case, team by team basis beginning in Fall  2017 upon the recommendation of the Commissioners and  Technical Director.  No OPEN tryouts

Important Information SYMPTOMS • Headache or “pressure” in head • Nausea or vomiting • Balance problems or dizziness • Double or blurry vision • Sensitivity to light • Sensitivity to noise • Feeling sluggish, hazy, foggy, or groggy • Concentration or memory problems • Confusion • Just not “feeling right” or is “feeling down” • Appears dazed or stunned • Is confused about assignment or position • Forgets an instruction • Is unsure of game, score, or opponent • Moves clumsily • Answers questions slowly • Loses consciousness (even briefly) • Shows mood, behavior, or personality changes • Can’t recall events prior to hit or fall • Can’t recall events after hit or fall

All Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Board Members must annually take the CDC online training course and submit their certificate to your coordinator/commissioner. The website is

Field Maintenance Operations New Ops Director, Meia Patel  CSL maintains the fields with City assistance

 Sometimes the city schedule and weather do not cooperate 

with cutting and lining so supplemental help is required

 We encourage Team’s to “own” the maintenance 

for their fields

 Check at practice for net conditions, line visibility, and grass 

height.  Assign parent’s to  assist in keeping fields in top  condition

 Special projects are welcome      

Field Maintenance In Season Conditioning

 Fertilizing   Mowing  GOAL MOUTHS….These will be dirt with no grass by the 

end of the season……When depends on how much or  little they are used in practice.  Practice  in GREEN SPACE when fields are closed
