October Harvest
This month, pray for a harvest of blessing and provision for your family. If you sow what God has given you, His Word says you will reap in abundance. Anoint yourself and your loved ones with oil, and any area – your checkbook, your home, your job – where you want to see abundance, and believe, for the harvest that is to come! And sow fields and plant vineyards, that they may yield a fruitful harvest. PSALM 107:37 NKJV

T
he practice of anointing with oil is biblical, as we see it in the Bible when holy anointing oil was poured over the heads of prophets, priests and kings. Anointing oil was also used to anoint vessels and objects inside the Tabernacle and Temple. When you anoint with oil, you are in faith declaring, “This is set apart for God and dedicated to Him for His purposes.”
Thanksgiving
God loves a thankful heart. This month, I challenge you, every day, to thank God for something He’s done for you. It can be something small, like a free meal or something very great, like a new job! Anoint your household with oil and claim and believe that your house will be a place of thanksgiving. Watch out, God loves to bless a thankful home! I thank my God every time I remember you. PHILIPPIANS 1:3 NIV ’84
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. PHILIPPIANS 4:6 NIV ‘84
December Peace
This month, declare God’s peace over every relationship in your life. God wants His children to always live in peace, not in stress, chaos and turmoil. This season, remember the Prince of Peace and anoint yourself and your loved ones with oil. No matter the circumstance, God is in control. Let the peace of God rule in your heart. Merry Christmas! And let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts. For as members of one body you are called to live in peace. And always be thankful. COLOSSIANS 3:15 NLT
