Project records are due to the CCE Office on Monday, September 17, 2018 by 4:30 pm. 4-H project records per project area (per species for animals) entered in the 4-H Division of the Steuben County Fair must be COMPLETE and turned in ON TIME for the 4-H member to receive ANY of their county fair premiums. Late records will be marked down one grade and you are not eligible for project champion for that species. If a 4-H member exhibits both a market and a breeding animal of the same species he/she must complete a market animal record. In order to be considered for project champion for both market and breeding of the same species a project record must be completed for both a market and a breeding for that species. I owned the following market beef steer(s) by January 1 of this year and I have primary responsibility for the care and management of these animals.
