The median days to sell were 55 days down from 62 days the previous month. Sales numbers in FEBRUARY have increased by approximately 34% on the previous month with the Median Sale price decreasing by $7,500 to $532,500. The market is starting to settle down with buyers and sellers adjusting to the current market. Interest rates are adjusting upwards slightly.
