Having just returned from the International Ray White Conference on the Gold Coast, I am feeling confident and enthused about the coming Spring. It is not just the falling interest rates. You see, whilst many will see the falling NZ$ as negative we are starting to see more interest from overseas buyers than we have had in the past 5 years. I sincerely hope that this will give us the opportunity to bring some of our more executive "top shelf" listings out into the public arena this Spring.
