(Highest average % from lowest level ridden*) Sashes awarded to overall series champions * Trophies for most registered levels* ( *must attend 2 of the 3 days at that level) Points from days 1 and 2 (plus Regional October 2 day show) go towards T L MacLean SI Points Prize . COMPULSORY FEES - MEP Ground Levy :per day per horse/pony - Administration Fee : per day per rider -Online Entry Fee : per class YARDS ; per day. Book and make payment with entry CAMPING for up to 3 days ,per truck, float or tent . Book and make payment online with entry. Use special request box online to show how many nights yarding/ camping ,arrival date. COMPANION HORSES (please note condition 11 below ) Make online payment via internet banking. Marlborough Dressage Bank Account is 03 0599 0335818 00 Please supply MD with your bank account no. for prizemoney SCRATCHINGS EMAIL to [email protected] See also condition 17 for refunds. ON THE EVENT DAY ONLY PLEASE TEXT scratchings to 020 4081 2051. *ARENA FAMILIARISATION- for 20 mins and to finish 15 mins before start of classes. Horses/ponies may be led or ridden at walk only around perimeter of arenas *ALL MANURE /HAY TO BE CLEARED UP FROM YARDS AND PARKING AREA; RUBBISH TO BE TAKEN AWAY; ANY HOLES DUG BY HORSES TO BE FILLED. * No sitting on arena fences while competition running; spectators to be at least 15m from arenas . *Riders must attend prizegiving to be awarded prizemoney or prizes. INTRODUCTORY CLASSES- Horses do not need to be plaited.Riders may wear pony club or riding club uniforms or other tidy dress, but approved and tagged riding helmets and boots must be worn CONDITIONS 1. All Classes will be run under ESNZ and DNZ rules 2. Riders must be Members of ESNZ ,or for introductory classes only,may pay a casual day membership of $10 3.For registered classes, riders must have full membership to ESNZ Registrations of horse/pony must be current for all registered classes. 4. Introductory classes are for horses/ponies who are currently not registered with ESNZ. Also are CN-C2(as below) 5. CN- C2 classes are for category CN riders(no grading points ) , C1 (no more than 14 grading points above level 1) and C2 (no more than 14 grading points above level 2).For classes 11 and 12,also C3 riders allowed. 6. Competitors are restricted to no more than 3 tests per horse/pony per day. 7. Bridle numbers must be worn; ID tags must be used at all other times.Stallions must wear ESNZ ID and abide by ESNZ rules. 8. The organising committee reserves the right to alter or amend the programme or prize money as it sees fit. In the event of less than 4 entries in any class, prizemoney may be reduced to value of entry fee. 9. Grading scores(57%) must be achieved to earn prizemoney or prizes in graded classes 10.Late entries + $5 per class- to go on a wait list until a place is available in the class resulting from a scratching. 11. Companion horses- please pay $10 online or on the day- must obtain a back number on arrival. If person responsible not competeing- must also sign disclosure form. May be ridden but MUST be under control at all times and not disruptive to other competitors 12. All Tests from current Dressage NZ Official Test Book 2013 or ESNZ/FEI Web site. 13. MEP is happy to have dogs on the grounds but please keep on a lead at all times,or confined. 14. All tests may be commanded - whips may be carried in all tests 15. Stabling is also available at the Waterlea Racecourse . Please make own arrangements - Phone 5788599. 16. Draw will be posted on www.sporty.co.nz/marlboroughdressage No phone enquiries please. 17. Refunds- requests for refunds must be emailed to Marlborough Dressage - [email protected] within 7 days of the event . Refunds will only be made when a vet or doctors certificate is supplied, or at the discretion of the organising committee. Refunds will be less admin and online fees 18.Unmounted prizegivings at conclusion of each event. Riders must be attired as for the dressage test. DNZ Rule 485 applies-riders must be present or prizemoney is forfeit. At final day sashes and trophies will be given at prizegiving-awarded to combinations with most points over the series Riders must have attended 2 of the 3 days.
