BUILDING SUMMARY

The hallways have newer carpet on the top two floors, the front staircase has new carpet and the back one has vinyl. There is one unit on the ground floor, and three units on the second and third floors. The end units have balconies and the ground floor unit has a concrete patio off the back. The units are bright and spacious and have well kept original hardwood floors with decorative trim. All suites have smoke and heat detectors, and the electrical boxes are circuit breakers. The Kitchens have vinyl or tile floors, arborite counters, stoves with vented hood fans and frost free fridges. The bedrooms are large and have double closets with bi-fold doors. The bathrooms have mosaic tile floors, original arborite counter tops, small mirror medicine cabinets and full tile tub surrounds. The tenants have mostly been long term tenants. Some units have newer kitchen cabinets, fridges and stoves.
