P6200--Cleaning Rollers
From time to time it will be necessary to clean the rollers on the P6200. The following instructions will assist in completing this simple, periodic maintenance. 1. Remove the four Phillips screws from the bottom of the unit, one on each corner. See photo 1 2. Separate the upper cover from the base by lifting up. There will be some resistance where the power cord jack lines up. Apply pressure to the cover as you lift up to remove. 3. Clean the rubber roller on the unit with Martin Yale Rubber Roller Cleaner, a scotch-Brite pad, and shop cloth (used for cleaning any remaining liquid residue once rollers are scoured.) See Photo 2 4. Once roller is cleaned, reinstall cover onto machine. Take care to line up power cord jack correctly. Run 4-5 sheets through the machine for test and to remove any remaining residue.
