The gas tax and vehicle registration fees will increase. $1.2 billion will go to roads, $100 million for mass transit, $300 million for K-12 schools and $95 million for local governments. Additionally, the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) will be restored. Should this proposal be adopted? q Yes q No q Unsure 2.
