I strongly believe in the “Chinese bamboo tree principle”, to strengthen your roots first before growing tall in order to stand the test of time. I try to look deep with each organization and its people to be able to understand what they need and build programs from there. Try to resolve underlying concerns first before going forward with anything. In this way, even if the program meets challenges, it will definitely have its chance to regain itself.
I finish what I started and end it with a bang. I do not perform my work or any task assigned to me just for the sake of finishing it but make sure that the experience for the company and its people will always be worth it!
I try to embody an individual with moral strength and reputation in everything that I do. In my years of being a leader in school and in organizations, one thing stands out : Leaders with character sets apart from the rest. If I do something I do it because it’s right and not because of money and fame. I want people to be able to see my real intentions and my true heart and in this way I am able to get support from everyone.
Respect can never be lost in all my dealings. Listening is one of the most important factors of my work
I always believe in teams and in developing human potential. I have always believed in making a leader out of everyone and that all of us have the ability to be great, this is one of the main reason of my existence.
I have always believed that my creativity is also a key factor for the things that I have done. Not only aesthetically, but creativity for me is my ability to be able to resolve problems and look at things in different perspectives. I have the competency to anticipate the future or what would be needed so as to be ready whenever the time comes.
I make sure that I own each program that I make. I wanted people to always recognize my work even from a crowd.

I shall also create a model for you to monitor the implementation of these programs as well as a Post Program tool that would enable you to evaluate the effectiveness of these programs. Competency / Skills Assessment Tool ① This criteria was used from Needs Analysis, Skills Assessment (Pre and Post Training Evaluation), Development of Training Calendar as reference for Performance Appraisal and Quality and Environmental Competency and Skills Assessment. ② This criteria together with the form was recognized by “third-party auditors to be a Good Practice, 1 of just 3 for the whole company the other being the Corporate Social Responsibility Program. ③ We shall develop and maintain separate files per employee that HRD, Managers and Presidents can view.

BEHAVIORAL, LEADERSHIP, COMPANY TRAINERS AND SUPERVISORY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS These will be your company’s roots thus we have to make it strong. These programs shall be customized and will be a series of programs. This is necessary to be able to ensure employees will appreciate and accept the program better, rather than have a 1-2 day-program. This shall be half day activities so as not to disturb operations. Homework and implementation assignments shall also be given based on results of the programs. Regular reporting shall be done so department heads shall have a glimpse of the activities done and the development of their people.
