Entertaining will be easy in this lodge with a professional kitchen, two bedrooms, and a large entertainer’s living area. It is already setup for you, with all furniture to remain. There is a caretaker’s home that is approximately 1,500 sf and has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the pavilion side of the lake you will find a 3,000 +/- sf entertainment pavilion complete public restrooms, serving tables, bar, and a magnificent professional outdoor grill to handle the largest of parties. The pavilion is surrounded by railing for you to enjoy the views of the lake. A large parking area allows for unlimited amount of guest to enjoy themselves.
