Gorgeous, wide, panoramic fairways, strategically placed bunkering and beautifully manicured, undulating greens. The Cape Club of Sharon’s golf course is as beautiful as it is challenging. The Cape Club of Sharon features an 18-hole championship golf course, originally designed by Geoffrey Cornish in 1959. In 2006, the course underwent an extensive renovation led by renowned course architect Craig Schreiner whose work includes notable courses such as Oak Hill Country Club in New York, Firestone Country Club in Ohio, and Oakland Hills Country Club in Michigan. This renovation included a redesign of the green complexes and greenside bunkering, improved drainage, 20 new tee boxes and an advanced irrigation system.

The Massachusetts Chapter of RIMS is pleased to Announce the 2018 Golf Outing and Annual Meeting. The event will be held on June 11, 2018 and will include a fantastic day of golf, friendly competition and the chance to network with your peers. We will be hosting the event at a new venue, The Cape Club of Sharon in Sharon, MA and will again have several contests planned to make the day more exciting. In addition to the usual Team Competitions, Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive, we will also have a "Field Goal" Contest, Putting Contest, & Hole-In-One Contest. Following 18 holes of golf, we will hold our Annual Meeting and Raffle after lunch. We hope you will be able to join us.
We are very proud of the Chapter's charitable tradition of promoting growth, learning, and leadership opportunities throughout the risk and insurance community, and the financial collaboration we receive from our key business partners is vital to the success of these programs. The Golf Outing and Annual Meeting is more than a social event. It is the main fundraiser for MRIMS.
