FUNCTIONAL CROSS TRAINING PROGRAM Coed Ages 10 to 18 Instruction by knowledgeable fitness coaches who know how to Motivate everyone achieve their fitness goal. Registration 9/16/14 and 9/18/14 7-9pm and 9/20/14 10-noon at the pal office registration fee $50.00 Starts 9/22/14 Mon-Wed-Fridays 4-5pm 12 sessions
