MassConn United Tryout Process

TRYOUT PROCESS Boys (’10, ’11 & ‘12) The New England Jr. Falcons will field the following Full-Ice Mite teams for the 2018-’19 season: ’10 Mite Major Elite, ’10 Mite Major Tier 1, ‘11/’12 Mite Minor Elite and Mite Futures. All players registered for tryouts will be considered for the New England Jr. Falcons Eastern Hockey Federation (EHF) Elite team. Elite rosters will be set after the 2nd tryout. Players who do not make the Elite team will be invited to the Mite call back. The ’10 Mite Major Tier 1 and Mite Futures rosters will be set after the 3rd tryout. Boys (’09 – ‘04) Mass/Conn United will field Connecticut Jr. Huskies EHF Elite and Springfield Jr. Thunderbirds EHF Tier 1 teams for the 2018-’19 season. All players registered for tryouts will be considered for the Connecticut Jr. Huskies EHF Elite team. Connecticut Jr. Huskies EHF Elite rosters will be set after the 2nd tryout. Players not selected for the Elite team, will continue tryouts for placement on the Springfield Jr. Thunderbirds EHF Tier I team. Tier 1 rosters will be set after the 3rd tryout. Boys (15U Half Season, 16U Half Season & 18U Half Season) Mass/Conn United will field Connecticut Jr. Huskies EHF Tier 1 and Springfield Jr. Thunderbirds EHF Tier 2 teams for the 2018-’19 season. Rosters will be set after the posted tryout. Girls (10U – 19U) Mass/Conn United will field Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams at all age levels for the 2018-’19 season. Rosters will be set after the posted tryout. Note: Mass/Conn United expects to field Full Season and Half Season teams at the U16 and U19 levels.
