Balance $20,740.15 AT&T bill has been reduced to $65 per month There are some outstanding registration fees Todd will cancel workmans comp insurance as we have no paid employees

TBall Andy, finishing up rainouts, moved to coach’s pitch 8U Softball 8U Baseball Bob. Allstar teams are ready to go. Possibly scheduling with Matthy’s for some games 10U Baseball Marc, Everything seems to be going well. Going to schedule with Matthy’s 12U Baseball, Marc Everything is fine 10U Softball 12U Softball
Old Business GROUNDS: ● Again, need to make sure they empty ALL the trash cans. ● GFI out on 8U field ● Need to figure out the smell and how to make it go away EQUIPMENT: ● Andy to get the gift certificates from Dick’s Sporting Goods and try to use them SPONSORSHIP: ● Nothing new CONCESSIONS: ● TBall treat tickets going really well ● Coach’s need to clean up dugouts after their game ● Should begin making profit next week ● Caramel corn going to be offered at $2 a bag ● Volunteers are coming ● Possibility of putting cork board up on 8U cactus side for announcements FUNDRAISING: ● Granite City give back will be on Sunday, June 12, 10% of ALL sales goes to EEMBSA

New Business Project List for kids: ● Haul wood ● Clean coach’s shed ● Sweep dugouts ● Clean 10U press box ● Clean 12U press box Spiritwear ● Shirts are in and have been distributed to those who have claimed them ● Next year, include this on the registration form All Stars: ● Teams are assembled for 8U baseball, 10U BB maybe will have 1 team, don’t know about softball ● Teams will have $400 park money for entry fees ● Marc has $750 in donated fees for AllStars, 8U cactus will split this ● Have banners for the team made Fall Ball: ● Take July off ● Structure August, September, October ● Play Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday ● Early Bird registration until closing day $40. After that, $50, no registrations after August 1 ● Begin games mid August through mid October
Next Meeting Agenda Items ● Need to work out travel ball contract ● Need to finalize plan for fall ball ● Need to remember to add NO REFUNDS to registration form
