If you know of anyone who may be interested in becoming a substitute teacher for the 2015-16 year, please have them call or email me. I will be conducting a New Substitute Orientation before the beginning of the school year. This year’s orientation will include new topics and several guest speakers including one of our wonderful substitute teachers. If you are interested in attending the orientation as a “refresh session,” call or email before July 1. I’ll do my best to make room for you. Later this week you’ll be receiving a form titled, “Substitute Intent to Return” at your home address. Please complete and return this form to me by July 1. Either email (
[email protected]) or fax (316-7336391) is fine, and of course USPS works, too (1432 N Andover Rd., Andover KS 67002). Be sure to update your contact information in the space provided on the form — I know I have some old email addresses and phone numbers on file. There will be no substitute newsletter for July. But do not despair! A new issue will be sent in August 2015 before the new school year. Have a GREAT summer!!!
