Considered one of the year's most unique culinary experiences and the ultimate good time for foodies, tables will team up to cook their own dinner under the guidance of five of Miami's hippest, hottest and most distinguished chefs recently deemed Miami's culinary "New Guard" by INDULGE Magazine: Alberto Cabrera of Bread + Butter, Todd Erickson of HaVen South Beach, José Mendín of The Pubbelly Restaurant Group, Giorgio Rapicavoli of Eating House and César Zapata of The Federal Food, Drink & Provisions. Emceeing the evening will be Jackie Nespral of NBC, and Betty Cortina of Indulge Magazine. The InterContinental Miami will light up in lime green by dressing up the building’s interior and exterior lights. The hashtag #veritagemiami will also be displayed on the Downtown Miami hotel’s famous Digital Canvas, home to the popular “Skyline Dancers.” Celebrating its 19th year, VeritageMiami, formerly the United Way Miami Wine & Food Festival, is presented by City National Bank and benefits United Way of Miami-Dade, supporting programs in our community that are focused on improving education, financial stability and health – the building blocks for a good life.
