MEHLVILLE PANTHER “FUTURES” SOCCER CAMP Boy’s and Girl’s entering grades 6, 7, 8, AND 9
This camp offers the ideal opportunity for the developing soccer player to improve their game both technically and tactically using a carefully designed curriculum. This camp is open to individual players entering grades 6, 7, 8, and 9. We will provide a high level of coaching from a very experienced staff, on individual technique around all of the core aspects of soccer, 1v1 attacking and defending, passing and possession, finishing and striking techniques and gradually develop into game related activities to enhance tactical decision making.

Time: 9:00-11:30 AM Location: Mehlville High School Stadium
For coaches We encourage coaches to come along and observe the sessions. Our coaching staff can also provide coaching resources related to the content provided during the camp sessions. We believe in the importance of sharing knowledge and therefore actively encourage coaches to be present and will be available to offer guidance and answer any questions coaches may have.

Typical Daily Schedule
$75 per athlete Each athlete will receive an Under Armour Camp Shirt
• Ball orientated warm-up/Ball control training • Technique development: moving with the ball, passing, receiving • Game situation drills: 1v1, 2v1, 3v2’s etc

BREAK • Attacking practices: striking techniques, heading, combination play • Games session (Each day players will rotate at 15 minute intervals through a variety of competitive games with different match objectives)

Thursday night we would like to invite our campers back to campus for a special night that will conclude camp with a “FUTURES” Scrimmage. (6-8 pm)

Because of rising insurance costs and our efforts to keep our fee reasonable, all campers must cover themselves for any injury or sickness incurred while attending Mehlville Panther “Futures” Soccer Camp. I hereby authorize and direct the camp staff to exercise and act in their best judgment in the event any medical emergency regarding my child may arise. I confirm that my child is covered by medical insurance. I hereby give my permission for emergency medical treatment in the event I cannot be reached. This also assures the Mehlville Panther Soccer Staff that my child is in good physical condition and health and may participate in all camp activities.
