Preferred Pricing Member Agreement: I understand: 1. Sponsorship, Fees and Obligations. I understand that I must have a Sponsor to have a membership with Mannatech. I have no obligation to purchase products or fulfill annual renewal requirements to order products. I understand that as a Member I am subject to Mannatech’s Member Policies & Procedures, which may be found at Library.Mannatech.com/1267. 2. Discounts. The Member account offers a discount of approximately 5% off the suggested retail price, and an additional 10% discount is given when I agree to a monthly Automatic Order that directly charges to my credit card and ships to my home at the same time each month. I understand I can change or cancel my Automatic Order at any time. 3. Personal Use Only. Products purchased through a Member account are for personal (including family) consumption only and are not intended for resale. As such, I understand all product orders I place will be subject to sales tax, including taxation on shipping charges if applicable by law. 4. Exchange and Return Policy. Mannatech will exchange for equal value any product that is returned in marketable condition within 180 days of the purchase date, and will issue a refund for any products purchased within the last 180 days. To initiate an exchange or refund, I must contact Mannatech's Customer Care at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number and follow the instructions provided in Section 10 of the Member Policies & Procedures. 5. Cancellation of Agreement. I understand I can cancel my membership at any time by submitting a termination letter. Upon termination, I can receive a full refund of any good, resaleable product ordered under my Member account within 180 days, and I understand I am responsible for the return of the product to the company. Once my account is terminated, I am not eligible for a new Membership account for six months. However, I may continue to order products at full retail price during the six-month re-application waiting period.
