The Obituary

Mrs. Ruthie Mae Hollingsworth,

daughter of the late John and Bessie Bishop, was born on June 7, 1924. She departed this life on Saturday, October 28, 2017. Ruthie received Christ in her life at an early age. She attended Silver Grove Missionary Baptist Church. She was united in holy matrimony to the late E. J. Hollingsworth. She leaves to cherish her memories: her son, Eddie Hollingsworth (Sheila); daughters, Bessie Blue, Barbara Dudley and Ruby McKoy (Dave) all of Raeford, NC; one granddaughter, Yovonda Hollingsworth of Fayetteville, NC; one great granddaughter, Shakeema Hollingsworth of Laurinburg, NC whom she raised; twenty-five grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren; one greatgreat grandchild; brother-in-law, Marion Hollingsworth (Hatie) of Raeford, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. vvvvvvvvvvv
