Merrimack College Women’s Club Rugby Head Coach Application Due Date: August 1st, 2017 Start Date: September 5th, 2017 Commitment: Two practices a week with one game on the weekend Payment: Will be discussed at interview Interview Sign Ups: Month of August. Monday or Tuesday anytime between 11am - 7pm Location: Merrimack College North Andover, MA Description: Merrimack Women’s Club Rugby We are a division II rugby team with both a Fall (15's) and Spring (7's) season. We are an extremely hardworking and dedicated team that prides itself in playing good, clean rugby. Off the field, we participate in various activities, volunteer opportunities, and other team based events. We are looking for a head coach that will continue to help us advance our team on and off the pitch. Requirements:  Must be level 200 certified with USA Rugby, but if you commit to being our coach, we will pay for your certification  Needs to have a clear understanding of how to play a 15s game and a 7s game  Good leadership, teaching, and communication skills  Must be willing to work well with captains, executive board members, and our club advisors  Frequently communicate with captains  Be up to date on the rules and regulations of our conference If interested contact Izzy Straw, Vice President, [email protected] or 978-473-5604
