Merrimack Women's Basketball Elite Clinic
Monique LeBlanc enters her seventh season at Merrimack in 2017-18. The Warriors made a return to the postseason in 2017, winning their first playoff game in four years with a victory over Pace in the opening round of the NE10 Championship. Utilizing a roster with 10 underclassmen and seven first-year players, the Warriors won 13 games in a year that saw them advance to the NE10 Quarterfinals. Emerging as one of the top defensive programs in the conference, the Warriors led the NE10 blocks per game (5.2), steals per game (9.2), turnovers forced (17.7) and field-goal percentage defense (35.7). Before Merrimack, LeBlanc spent three years as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Northern Arizona University. LeBlanc also spent three seasons as an assistant coach at Bucknell, where the Bison captured the Patriot League title in 2007 and 2008 and earned a NCAA Tournament berth in 2008.

Heather Stec Co-Director Heather Stec begins her fourth season with the women's basketball coaching staff in 2017-18. Her primary responsibilities include recruiting, developing the post players, and scouting opponents. A former standout at Siena, Stec graduated in 2009 and played two seasons professionally in Europe (Denmark/Netherlands).
