Beef Steak (Top Loin) Garlic (fresh) Pepper Strip (frozen) Onion (fresh Sweet) Tomato (fresh Roma) Pickle (Green Chilies) Oil (Vegetable) Spice (Salt) Herb (dried Oregano) Spice (Pepper Black)

Thaw steak in cooler overnight; trim; cut into thin strips Trim garlic; peel; mince Thaw pepper strips in cooler overnight; drain Trim onion; peel; chop Rinse tomatoes; core; chop Drain chilies; chop

• Stir-fry beef & garlic in oil until meat is no longer pink; remove; keep warm • Add peppers & onion to grill; stir-fry until tender; stir in tomatoes, chilies, salt, oregano, pepper & beef; heat through • Transfer into a chafing dish; cover & serve
