1. Call to Order Michael L’Esperance called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Agenda Review Bennett Dawson made a motion to approve the agenda; second by David Gaudette. The motion carried unanimously. 4. Visitors - none 5. New Business A. Personnel Matter – Discussion found this would entail possible discipline of a public officer and qualified for Executive Session.

6. Potential Executive Session Bennett Dawson made a motion to go into Executive Session at 6:05 to discuss a personnel matter; second by Charles Thomas. The motion carried unanimously.

Charles Thomas made a motion to come out of Executive Session at 6:19 p.m.; second by Bennett Dawson. The motion carried unanimously.

Charles Thomas made a motion that the Board publicly censure Michael Malone for behaving in an unprofessional manner and in violating the District’s policy concerning harassment of employees; second by David Gaudette. The motion carried unanimously.
