Microsoft Announces Convergence Changes Microsoft Dynamics GP Users & Partners Encouraged to Attend GPUG Summit ATLANTA, Georgia – March 19, 2015 – Microsoft announced at Convergence that Microsoft Dynamics® GP Business Solutions users and partners are encouraged to attend the annual user-led, training conference, GPUG® Summit. During the closing general session at Convergence 2015, Judson Althoff, President, Microsoft North America, confirmed all Microsoft events are being focused to make it easier for users to get access to organizational and individual development, training, and education. Moving forward, Convergence will focus on enterprise business leaders and content therein, and traditional Convergence attendees should consider GPUG Summit as their primary conference for peer-to-peer Dynamics GP education and networking. GPUG Summit attendees can expect 150+ breakout sessions and educational tracks, keynote presentations, structured networking opportunities, a large expo, and most importantly: engagement with fellow Dynamics GP users. GPUG Summit is designed by users and led by users, allowing attendees to engage in conversations that elevate a business to the next level. Andy Hafer, CEO, Dynamic Communities Inc. has worked within the Dynamics space for over 20 years and understands the value of peer-to-peer connections: “We are thrilled and look forward to Dynamics users joining us in Reno-Tahoe. As new-comers to Summit will soon discover, the event is developed by members of the user group who take pride in delivering an unparalleled training experience for their peers. We expect the shift in conference objectives to inspire more members to get involved to influence exactly the content they desire at Summit. ” – Andy Hafer, CEO, Dynamic Communities Inc. This year’s GPUG Summit will be held October 13-16, 2015 in Reno-Tahoe, Nevada. GPUG Summit is hosted by Dynamic Communities Inc., which supports the following Summit conferences, also taking place in Reno-Tahoe, Nevada from October 13-16: AXUG® Summit, CRMUG® Summit, and NAVUG® Summit.
