Enter: PC name: CustomerID.abacusprivatecloud.com User Name, select Enter every time and select Add user account
Enter: User name: apc01\(Your APC username) Password: (Your APC password) Select Save
Select the connection you created CustID.abacusprivatecloud.com
Log in successful!
