Acceptable length - All shorts, skirts and skorts must be no shorter than 3 inches above the knee. Belts are required on pants with belt loops for ALL students. Undershirts (if worn) must also be a Randolph color. Shoes - Students must wear tennis shoes or rubber-soled shoes with closed toes and heels for PE. Shower shoes or flip-flops are not acceptable at any time. Raider Spirit Days - Middle School students may wear uniforms on Friday but may also choose to wear jeans, Bermuda shorts other than uniformed ones, and capris. No athletic shorts or sweat pants are allowed. Leggings may be worn with skirts but not alone. Jeans with holes, tears, or those which are faded or have writing on them are not allowed. Randolph t-shirts are allowed to be worn on Friday. School issued House t-shirts or Randolph club and athletic team t-shirts are acceptable as well. In addition, seventh and eighth graders may wear t-shirts with an appropriate college logo. T-shirts of any other kind, including homemade t-shirts, are not acceptable. Outwear: During the winter, students may wear any jacket or coat for outdoor activities. These should be taken off when entering the buildings for class unless on the approved dress code list.
