MIDDLE SCHOOL CHEER TRYOUT PREP CLINIC! HOSTED BY THE FCHS CHEERLEADERS ALL MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS INTERESTED IN TRYING OUT FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL CHEERLEADING FOR THE 2017‐2018 SCHOOL YEAR!
SATURDAY, APRIL 22, 2017, 9:00am – 12:00pm FORSYTH CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL ARENA GYM · What will we do? The cheerleaders will learn a chant, cheer, dance, work on jumps and basic stunting techniques to get you ready for middle school tryouts! · What time should I be there? Check‐in begins at 8:45 a.m. The clinic will run from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. · What should I wear? Athletic shorts, a t‐shirt, and cheer shoes. Long hair should be pulled back into a ponytail. Please bring a water bottle! · What is the cost? The clinic fee is only $25.00. Forsyth Central Middle School Cheer Clinic Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Emergency Contact In consideration of being allowed to participate with Forsyth Central High School Cheerleaders, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that: 1. I knowingly and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown. Even if arising from the negligence of the releases or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and, 2. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest coach immediately; and 3. I, for myself hereby release and hold harmless Forsyth Central High School or the Forsyth County School System their coaches, players, event coordinators, officers, officials, agents, and/or any employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“RELEASEES”) with respect to any and all injury, disability, or death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of the releases or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by the law.
