Middle School Pancake Breakfast Overnight

What to Bring: 1. A tent to share (if you have one) and sleeping bag. You might want to call some friends and see about tenting together. 2. Flashlight 3. Toothbrush, toothpaste, toiletries 4. You must wear tennis shoes with good soles—no flip-flops or bare feet. This is an unbending rule!!! 5. 2 six-packs of water; 1 liter of fruit juice, 2 bags of individually wrapped candy (no jolly ranchers or chocolate—they sweat and melt); 1 two-liter of pop (pop is optional). These items last through the year. 6. Weather appropriate clothing; extra outfit in case you get wet! 7. A great attitude! 8. Camping chair (optional— there will be wooden chairs there)

Cost: $20 A current medical/liability form and a copy of your insurance card is needed. Purpose: This event is held to honor the graduating 8th graders, handing the leadership mantle to the incoming 8th graders, and ushering in the incoming 6th graders. Mystery Fun! We stay on-site for an unbelievable night of fun, games, and massive talent! Get ready! Saturday—9 pm

Saturday Arrival Instructions Pancakes a la Flecker & Company All middle school families are invited to join us after church for a delicious pancake breakfast. Sunday—11:30 am

Goodbye Graduates! After the pancake breakfast, we say goodbye to our graduates and send them off with a charge from the middle school leaders. Sunday—12:30ish

8th & 9th Graders 4:00 pm—Set up your tents and your chairs 8th graders—set up shed and other odd jobs 9th graders—Decorate shed and set up your game 7th Graders 4:45 pm—Set up your tents and your chairs and then be ready to help and welcome the new 6th graders 6th Graders 5:15 pm—Set up your tents and your chairs with the help of the 7th and 8th graders If you arrive earlier than the stated time, you may not set up your tent until your designated set-up time.
