Hewitt Kiwanis Invitational Meet 2016 Date: Thursday, September 8, 2016 Transportation Details: Meet at Belton High School Sports Complex Arrival Time: 6:00am Departure Time: 6:15am (the bus will leave promptly @ 6:15) Return Time: 3:15pm (athletes will be excused from all classes) Meet Details: Location –HOT Soccer Complex, Waco 6101 Airport Road, Waco Varsity Girls run at 9:45am JV Girls run at 8:30am Pre/Post Run Details:  Athletes will be responsible for their own warm-up and placement on the starting line.  Top 20 runners in each division will receive a medal, and the top team in each division receives a plaque. Important Notes:  Lunch –We will stop for lunch before returning to Belton High School.  Due to the possibility of rain on Thursday athletes need to bring rain gear and trash bags to keep all of their equipment dry.  Missed Assignments –All athletes are responsible for communicating with their teachers prior to the meet regarding any missed/make-up assignments.
