Valley Regional High School, Deep River
EWS artistic director, the renowned pianist Mihae Lee, will be joined by two celebrated artists making their Essex Winter Series debuts. Both violinist Chee-Yun and cellist Julie Albers have performed as soloists with many of the world’s major orchestras and have recorded extensively. These three seasoned artists will join forces in a thrilling concert of masterworks of the piano trio repertoire, including Haydn’s “Gypsy,” Mendelssohn’s in C minor, and Ravel’s 1914 virtuosic masterpiece.
