Fundraising Details 1.) Call in to set up a Heggies fundraiser account. 2.) Choose which items you plan to offer and when. 3.) Sell/Take orders and collect funds. (Have checks made out to your organization. ) 4.) Order forms are available in Microsoft Excel in an editable format. Just add your group's name and selling prices! 5.) Tally individual orders into one order to give to Heggies. 6.) Call, fax or email order. 7.) Follow-up order with a call to Heggies to plan delivery time and date. 8.) When order is delivered, the driver will check the complete order with you - please plan some time to do this with the driver. 9.) Give the driver the payment. 10.) Separate and organize your individual orders with your other volunteers. 11.) Deliver pizzas for your hungry patrons to enjoy. 12.) Use your sale profits to fund your groups activities. Your group decides what the mark up will be for your fundraiser. We have seen other fundraisers charge between $6-$11 depending on type and size of pizza.
