Millenium Spray on Bed Liner Application Instructions  Screw spray gun tip counter clockwise until fully extended then tighten lock nut. Set the compressor air pressure to 85 – 110 psi. Adjust as needed.  Individually mix Quart of (A) until completely blended. Then mix a quart of (B).  Pour equal (measured) amounts of mixed A & B material into application gun cup. Then add approximately 3 - 5oz Xylene or Tolulene & mix until completely blended. (Should look like a pancake batter consistency)  *DON’T USE LACQUER TNINNER TO REDUCE THE EPOXY/KEVLAR MATERIAL*  Holding the gun approximately 18 inches from the surface, apply a mist coat on rear and side panels. Don’t try to cover paint on side walls in one spray (material is heavy and may slide if sprayed on too heavily). If sliding occurs, use a paint roller to roll material back up side wall. You may want to roll on rails and tails with roller to avoid any overspray.  Spray the bed floor from front to rear with one medium coat. Follow the length of the bed and completely coat the floor before spraying the tailgate.  Spray remaining mixed material into truck bed while extending spray gun over side of truck with a side to side motion until empty.  If a second coat is needed, wait approximately four hours before applying. Hold the spray gun nozzle approximately 24 inches from the truck bed. Spray for desired texture and uniformity. NOTE: THE FIRST COAT WILL STILL BE WET. DO NOT TOUCH THE TRUCK BED IF APPLYING A SECOND COAT.  Remove any overspray from vehicle with a clean rag while material is still wet. No chemicals needed while material is wet. Unmask vehicle about one hour after spraying bed liner. Truck may be given back to customer when bed liner is dry to the touch. DO NOT USE TRUCK BED FOR 72 HOURS!

ROLL ON BED LINER  Pour mixed product into roller tray.

 Using a phenolic core roller (no nap) start rolling rear panel. Roll in 2 directions over the same area to ensure coverage.

 Roll side panels next using the same rolling pattern. Then coat the truck bed and tail gate.

 Wait approximately four hours before re-coating if necessary

CLEAN UP  To clean spray gun add lacquer thinner to spray gun cup and swirl. Spray until cup is empty. Wipe out cup and internal parts with a clean rag. Then remove spray gun tip and place in a cup of lacquer thinner.

DELIVERY  Unmask the truck bed approximately 1/2 hour after application. Do not put truck out in the sun until fully cured (may cause damage to the UV protection)

 Allow applied truck bed to air dry for a minimum of 8 hours prior to delivery.

 Wait at least 72 hours (3 days) before hauling anything heavy
