Clinic/TPI details:
Students enrolled at MHS and incoming 9th graders are encouraged to participate Comprehensive sessions for all skills: serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking, digging, etc… Concentrate on teaching individual skills, position training and game situations Groups will be divided by skill and experience to maximize learning TPI will assist in building & developing the girls’ physicality to maximize performance of volleyball skills and reduced liklihood of injury
