Tournament directors need to collect rosters from all teams. Any team without an audited Minnesota ASA/USA Roster needs to register them on site, collect $30 from them, and then send to the state office with a handwritten roster. All teams must be registered for Legal Liability and Umpire Insurance. Print and post a copy of this for each site, preferably posted with the tournament brackets.
