Minutes for AYSO Area 1N Call to Order An Area monthly meeting of AYSO Area 1N was held on October 17, 2016 at 19600 6th st. Nuevo. It began at 6:35pm and was presided over by Erick Bennett], with Les Berkey & Priscilla Brittan as note takers.
Attendees Voting members in attendance include: Erick Bennett, Les Berkey, Sandy Caplinger, Andrea Aguilar, Daniel Diez, Zeke Paletta and Ana Diez. Guests in attendance included Rob Hurt, Chris Call, Corbin Brittain, Kathy Heintz, Verissa King, Larry Caplinger, Brooke Blackmore, Dennis Raymond, Priscilla Brittain, Manuel Merlos, Steve Daniels and Forrest Pitts.
Approval of Minutes A motion to approve the minutes of the previous September 12, 2016 meeting was made by Verissa King and seconded by Brooke Blackmore.
Officers’ Reports Area Playoffs for Area N u16/u19 Locations will be November 13th hosted by Beaumont, Area N u10-u14 will be January 14th & 15th hosted by Hemet, January 21st & 22nd hosted by Redlands. Erick Bennett went over the Inter Region Guidelines, Area Playoff Guidelines. Erick made notes on changes and will email new and updates guidelines. Erick also went over numbers per Region for Area Playoffs. Teams will be as followed: Redlands 10boys 3, girls 3 u12 boys 3, girls3 u14 boys 3, girls 2. Hemet u10boys 2, girls 3, u12boys 3, girls 3, u14boys 3 girls 3. Mountains u10 boys 2, girls 2 u12 boys 2, girls 2, u14boys 2, girls 2. Beaumont u10boys 3 girls 2, u12 boys 2, u14boys 2, girls 3. Nuevo u10 boys 2, girls2, u12 boys 2, girls2, u14 boys 2 girls 2. Erick Bennett also went over Spring Select team numbers with each Region. Spring Select Guidelines will be talked about at next meeting. Area Disciplinary process will be talked about at next meeting.
Other Reports Sandy Caplinger, Area Management Administrator went over Road show dates at Arcadia High School along with NAGM in Las Vegas March 2017.
Main Motions Motion: Moved by Daniel Diez and seconded that Changes made to Inter Region Guidelines. The motion carried with 7 of yea’s in favor and 0 nay’s against. AYSO Area 1N - Providing world class youth soccer programs that enrich children’s lives.

Motion: Moved by Erick Bennett and seconded that approve new area logo. The motion carried with 7of yea’s in favor and 0 nay’s against.
Announcements Next meeting will be November 14th 2016 in Hemet.
Adjournment Erick Bennett moved that the meeting be adjourned, and this was agreed upon at 8:37pm.
